Today was primarily a travel day. We got up at 7:00 and attended a very nice Easter mass at the Shrine of the Ages inside the park. We finished packing and were on the road to Lake Powell and then Zion by 9:00. We hit a number of overlooks along Desert View Drive, including some that had a good view of the Colorado river. We also stopped by the Tusayan iindian ruins inside the park (I know of a steakhouse they can add ;-).
