What's this??? It's on fire!?! We had been seeing big plumes of what looked like smoke for miles while driving and here it is in the park- our destination- the park we flew across the country to see and it is on fire. We ask the ranger at the entrance booth what is going on and she explains they are wrapping up some controlled burns. She says they would be done today and the smoke clear out by tomorrow.
It was just about sunset time so we headed first to where else but "Sunset Point". The pictures can not do this place justice.
