There are places where the gorge is so constricted that falling rocks have become wedged. As I recall, the gorge was only 4-8 feet across here.
Alas on our forth day in Zermatt it was time to leave. The famous Glacier Express train starts in Zermatt and we took it Brig where we transferred to another train to go to Interlaken.
