We left our packs outside so they would not smell like giant greasy cheeseburgers the rest of the trip.
The visitors center had a model of the mountain... this was the Hell Day uphill section and where we slid down to rejoin the trail in St. Andrews Park.
The descent from Sunrise to White River and our food cache was uneventful even though a ranger at the top warned us a bear had been bluff charging hikers on the trail at the exact time of day that we would be going down.
